Gel-X vs. dual form extensions

Two ways to add length. How Gel-X and dual form hard gel extensions differ, and what each one costs.

If you want added length, I offer two kinds of extensions: Apres Gel-X and dual form hard gel. Both are beautiful. They are just built differently, so here is how to choose.

Gel-X: lightweight, full-coverage tips

Gel-X uses Apres soft gel tips that cover the whole nail. They feel light and flexible, and they are a good choice when you want length without weight. They come in lengths from XS to XXL.

Dual form: sculpted hard gel, no tips

Dual form extensions are sculpted with hard gel using dual forms, building length and structure right over your natural nail. There are no tips. The result is a strong, customizable extension with a seamless, natural-looking finish, in a range of lengths and shapes.

What both include

Every extension appointment starts with a full Russian manicure and careful nail prep, and ends with a scrub and hand massage. A $35 deposit holds your spot. If you are wearing gel, acrylic or dip from another salon, add Enhancement Removal when you book.

Which should you choose?
